ATTN: IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR CAMPUS CARD!!
We are pleased to announce the rollout of www.mctccampuscard.com This website provides new functionality to add value to your card, check balances, and view transactions made with your MCTC Campus Card. Please note that if you are on payroll deduct for parking, you can still use your existing card to add value to your Maverick $ fund to use in Bookstore and Sodexo Dining. We trust you will find this to be a valuable tool in management of your account. Below you will find step by step instructions to assist in navigating the website.
- Once you have accessed www.mctccampuscard.com you will find a login module as well as general information related to the Campus Card. The protocol for login for MCTC students is Tech ID and PIN used for all other student campus applications. Once student is logged in, we recommend utilizing the "Update My Email Address" and editing email address to an active address of student's choice. MCTC faculty and staff protocol is the same login and password used to access the MCTC network. Your Groupwise email account is pre-populated for your account.
- Once logged in, select the My Accounts tab. You will see options that are linked directly to your Campus Card.
1. Account Balance-This is a live link to your current balances on your Parking and Maverick $ accounts
2. Statements-These are statements of monthly card transactions
3. Deposits-This is where you are able to add value to either your Parking or Maverick $ accounts. A valid VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card is needed. Parking funds cannot be transferred to Maverick $ funds. Maverick $ can be used at either the MCTC Bookstore or Sodexo Dining locations to pay for purchases. Maverick $ deposits must be done online only. Deposits made to either account are immediately credited to your account.
4. Transaction History-All transactions, payments and charges, are available to view and print from this area.
5. Email Notifications-We highly recommend you use this functionality to set up automatic email notification when your account drops below a predetermined level. This will prevent you from running out of funding.
6. Report Lost or Stolen Card-Should you lose or have your card stolen, clicking OK will freeze your account and prevent unauthorized use. You will need to visit the Campus Card Office to have a new card issued.
- Guest Deposit is a feature that will allow others to add value to a card holder account with MCTC Tech ID. This will not allow access to any account information.
- Refund Request contains paperwork that can be printed, completed, and submitted for Campus Card refund requests.
- Contact Us-This tab has contact information for the Campus Card Office. A Groupwise email account has been set up for all electronic communication. www.CampusCard@minneapolis.edu
