  FACTS Payment Plan

If you are unable to pay for your textbooks up front, you may enroll in Nelnet's FACTS Payment Plan. Minneapolis College Store partners with FACTS Tuition Management in order to offer textbook payment plans. FACTS is a third party which administers the payment plans for a non-refundable $20 fee. (This fee is due when you enroll in the payment plan.) Additionally, there is a down payment due when you set up the payment plan. FACTS transfers money monthly from your financial account to pay Minneapolis College for your textbooks. Payment plans are only available for Fall and Spring Semesters.

To successfully complete the FACTS payment plan please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Using your class schedule, look up the price of your textbooks on Minneapolis College Store website or by visiting the Minneapolis College Store, located in T.1800.

Step 2. Access the payment plan website by logging in to eServices, click on Bills and Payments, and then click on Payment Plan. Read the payment plan information and instructions, if you agree to the terms, click "Proceed" (funds must be available in your personal financial account per the agreement to avoid additional processing fees).

Step 3. Complete the FACTS Payment Plan online application.

Step 4.Once approved for the payment plan, go to Business Services (T.2200), to pickup a voucher to use in the Minneapolis College Store. (You will need to present your Minneapolis College Student ID.)

Step 5. Get your textbooks in the Minneapolis College Store. At the checkout counter, present your Minneapolis College Student ID and voucher to the College Store cashier. (You can also order your textbooks online, but you must write "Payment Plan" or "FACTS" in the order notes. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your order.)

Step 6. Follow up on any changes to your balance. For instance, if you return a textbook, change your financial account or receive a financial aid disbursement, you must notify a customer service professional at Business Services so the appropriate communication can be updated with FACTS.
