Class schedule: You must know the subject, course number, and course section for each of your courses in order to accurately find the textbooks and/or supplies you need for your classes. This information can be found on your schedule in eServices under Courses & Registration, then Review My Plan.

  Textbook Codes: Instructors categorize the textbook(s) for their courses as required, optional, recommended, either/or, reused from a previous class, etc. Please take note of each book’s designation before purchasing. A complete list of definitions is available on the Bookstore’s website under the How to Order Online section.

Financial aid charging:

  • Charging begins Monday, Decemeber 10, 2018 and ends Wednesday, January 23, 2019
  • Financial aid funds made available to the Bookstore are based on the balance of aid, after all tuition and fees have been covered, and shall not exceed $700
  • Financial aid awards must be accepted and certified by the Financial Aid Office before funds are available for use. It can take up to three business days after registering for classes for your funds to be available in the Bookstore. Please plan accordingly.
  • MUST have a Campus Card (student ID) -OR- class schedule with a state issued ID. No exceptions.
  • Financial aid covers textbooks, course supplies, school supplies, Go-To College Pass, and parking money only.
 
 
 
  Credit cards:
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express.
  • MUST present a picture ID. No exceptions. Card holder must be present.
  • Good for amount of purchase only
 
 
 
  Checks (in-store only)
  • Made out for amount of purchase only
  • MUST have a Campus Card (student ID). No exceptions.
  • No 3rd Party, parent/guardian checks are accepted unless signer is present with state issued ID. Student must also be present with their Campus Card.
 
 
 
  Third party payment & Veteran’s benefits
  • MUST have a Campus Card -OR- class schedule with a state issued ID
  • Generally covers textbooks only; check with your provider/Veterans certifier for details
  • Anything not covered by your Third Party provider will be billed back to you
 
 
 
  PSEO/D3
  • All materials must be ordered through the Bookstore’s website: mctcbookstore.com
